Symposium Site

2024 Reynolds Symposium will take place on the University of Oregon campus in Eugene, Oregon:

Friday, October 18, 2024:  Gerlinger Lounge, 1526-1598 University St, Eugene, OR 97403

Saturday, October 19, 2024:  Lawrence Hall 177, School of Architecture and Environment, College of Design

Campus parking: The University of Oregon has two parking garages: The 13th Avenue Garage and the Millrace Drive Garage (no overnight parking and credit card only). There are a number of hourly pay-to-park areas using an app.

Eugene (EUG) Airport: Uber, Lyft, local taxis, and car rentals available. Served by Alaska Airlines, Allegiant Air, American Airlines, Avelo Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines and United Airlines.

Lodging

Hayward Inn, 1759 Franklin Blvd, Eugene, OR 97403

A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the Hayward Inn at a special rate of $179/night + lodging tax (single or double-occupancy) for attendees during the dates of the Symposium, October 17-20, 2024. Reservations must be made directly with Hayward Inn reservations at 1 (866) 403-1908 or (541) 485-2727. Ask for the “Reynolds Symposium room block”. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card and received on or before September 17, 2024. On-site parking is free for hotel guests.

AIA LU/HSW reporting

During the symposium we will have a report form to collect your AIA# and will submit to AIA Oregon for recording.
